Inspired by the principals of Scandinavian living, The Elm creates a cozy yet modern atmosphere that is brought to life on a grand scale. Throughout the project, quality and craftsmanship were top of mind in every decision.  Many elements were conceptualized in the Scandinavian way by either being selected for their timeless and enduring qualities or in support of a small-batch artisanal ethos.  The result is a grand apartment building that maintains a warm and personal touch.
